Internship Guidelines
Length: 4 - 5 months
Part-time hours: 20 - 24 hours per week

Salary: Unpaid position
Business Hours : M - F - 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
(providing flexibility around class schedules)
Our internship program lasts approximately 4 - 5 months, with the possibility of future employment following a successful completion of the program. We are always looking to grow our firm and depend upon the right candidates to help us do just that. You will be working closely with our team who will help guide your knowledge of the legal system, and provide you with the experience needed to understand how a multi-jurisdictional law firm works.

If you are interested in an internship or externship where you can gain firsthand knowledge of how a firm operates, then this is the place for you! We offer Summer, Fall, and Spring internships and externships to current undergraduate students and law students.
At The Law Offices of Benjamin T. McLawhorn, we are seeking motivated, responsible, and passionate candidates for Legal Internships, or other positions to assist our team in our Greenville and Cary Offices.
If you’re up for the task, we are looking for someone eager to learn and with the ability to follow along quickly. Should your qualifications fit our needs, you will have the opportunity to participate in a fun, collaborative environment while gaining real-life experience in the legal field.
